Delores Huling is a certified project manager, real estate professional, and respected community leader who has proudly called Cedar Hill, Texas, home for more than 31 years. Her extensive civic involvement, longstanding relationships with local government officials, and deep understanding of municipal processes have positioned her as a valuable resource in the land entitlement and real estate development sectors.

Throughout her career, Delores has cultivated a strong network of professional and civic relationships across Cedar Hill, DeSoto, Duncanville, and Lancaster. Delores previously served as President of the Cedar Hill Senior Senate and was appointed Chair of the Mayor's Senior Focus Group. In these leadership roles, she served as a vital liaison between city officials and the community, advocating for initiatives that addressed the needs of Cedar Hill's senior population. Her leadership was instrumental in initiating efforts toward the rehabilitation of Cedar Hill's historic senior center building and the development of the city's new senior center.
